2. Agreement
By scheduling a service or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Falcon Tech Solutions.
3. Overview of Services
Falcon Tech Solutions provides vacuum servicing and repair for all makes of domestic and commercial vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaner vacuum machines, including but not limited to Dyson, Miele, Shark, Gtech, Sebo, Kirby, Henry, MaxVac, Trend, Airflex, Rugdoctor, Prochem, Tennant and other brands, across Harlow and surrounding areas. Our services include drop-off and mobile repair options, depending on customer location and needs.
4. Estimates and Quotations
Validity: All estimates are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After that period, Falcon Tech Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing.
Confirmation: Final costs will be confirmed with the customer before commencing any work.
5. Parts and Labour
Quality Parts: we use a mix of genuine and high-quality non-genuine OEM parts to ensure we can provide the best repair possible for each vacuum model. This approach lets us offer reliable repairs at affordable prices with parts that match your vacuum's needs, subject to availability and suitability.
6. Booking & Payments
Service Fees: Repairs start at £30, with variations based on vacuum model, required parts, and customer location.
Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of repairs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, credit card, and other approved methods.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee, typically deducted from the deposit.
8. Customer Obligations
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information regarding the vacuum model, problem, and location.
Accessibility: For mobile services, customers must provide a safe and accessible working environment, including parking permits if required.
9. Liability
Service-Specific Limitations: Falcon Tech Solutions is not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages related to repair services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any issues arising from pre-existing conditions unrelated to our repairs. Due to the wear and age of some units, we cannot guarantee the performance or condition of all vacuum models.
10. Warranty & After-Service Support
Warranty: All parts and labour come with a limited 90-day warranty covering only the parts we supply and fit. The warranty does not apply to general wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Follow-up Services: For any issues related to our service within 14 days, we offer free call-outs. Beyond 14 days, regular call-out fees apply unless covered by our warranty.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information collected will only be used for service-related purposes and will not be shared without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
12. Use of Website
Our website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Falcon Tech Solutions is not liable for errors or website interruptions. Users agree not to misuse or disrupt services available on the website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Amendments
