On inspection of parts, Main Hose was split and replaced £25
Filters, both full of dust and replaced £30
On this day, the Value of the customers happiness was only = £90
Vacuum restored to its full capabilities, Power, Suction, Functionality
And most IMPORTANT the customer was extremely happy
to have her vacuum back working how it should be.

The Screws holding the roller in place was so worn they had tobe drilled out and replaced
Other parts that needed replacing;
main hose: was split and unusable.
Filters: both old and full of dust restricting the air flow to the motor causing the motor to over heat and cut out, no damage had been done to the motor and the vacuum now lives on healthy
